Phuket Riviera Villas would like to reassure current and prospective guests of our commitment to your safety and security. Phuket Riviera Villas’s entire team will be on hand to assist our guests whose travel plans have been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak.
We always work to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness but since the Covid-19 outbreak we have put extra measures in place with emphasis on flexibility as the situation develops.
We are closely monitoring the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the WHO and following their recommended guidelines as well as liaising with local health authorities.
Our normal cleaning and sanitisation operations will be carried out even more rigorously and regularly to ensure the safety, health and comfort of every guest.

  • For guests making new reservations prior to July 31 for arrival dates through September 30, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.* Reservations with pre-paid rates will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

  • For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after October 1, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply.

Please note that this policy does not apply to online travel agent or TravelTogether bookings. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.




The health and well-being of our guests is a priority at this difficult time. We are committed to cleanliness and offer the following support for the enjoyment of their holiday:

  • The hotel have measures in place to protect guests as far as possible from the Covid19 virus.

  • All guests, staff and other arrivals are temperature-scanned on arrival;

  • Alcohol and sanitising gel is made available to guests for frequent hand-cleansing;

  • Swimming pools are appropriately chlorinated as usual and chlorine levels are checked and adjusted regularly;

  • Strictly enforced regulations for staff regarding hand-washing with alcohol-based cleaners ensure a high level of sanitation.

  • All public areas including door handles, public toilets and other equipment which guests may touch are cleaned with 75% v/v alcohol.

  • Before guests check in the accommodation including furniture and all appliances is thoroughly disinfected with 75% v/v alcohol.

  • During this treatment doors and windows are opened to allow warm sunlight and fresh air to flood the accommodation.

  • We are in continuous contact with local authorities to monitor regular updates and will strictly follow the instructions issued by the Thai Government.


  1. Thais and foreigners must have been fully vaccinated for more than 14 days

  2. Register for Thailand Pass under "Test & Go" scheme or under "BLUE Zone" scheme at https://tp.consular.go.th/
    The system will be open from November 1st 2021 onwards.
    Please prepare required documents as follows:

    1. Valid passport

    2. Vaccination card / certificate

    3. Medical insurance with minimum cover of 50,000 USD covering COVID-19 treatment in Thailand

    4. Air ticket: direct international flight to Phuket

    5. SHA+ hotel booking confirmation (hotel payment receipt including transfer and tests fees) for at least 1 night for the "Test & Go" scheme or 7 nights for the "BLUE Zone" scheme

  3. Get COVID-19 test (RT-PCR method) no more than 72 hours prior to departure time. The negative result must be presented to the airline check-in counter.
